Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered cannot be returned.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns without authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Consultation Services

Consultation services are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided. If you need to reschedule a consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
